3. What types of entertainment do you offer? We offer a wide range of entertainment, including live bands, DJs, solo artists, acoustic performers, and specialty acts to suit any event style or theme.
4. Do you only book local artists, or do you provide national acts as well? We work with both local and national artists. If you have a specific performer in mind, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Can you help plan and coordinate my corporate event? Yes! We offer full event planning services for corporate events, including entertainment booking, venue selection, stage setup, sound and lighting, and event logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
6. What sizes of portable stages do you offer for rent? We have a variety of stage sizes to fit different event needs. We have a 16ft circle stage for keynote speakers and 30 ( 4x8 ) panels, which can accommodate all special event sizes. Our stages can be set up 1ft or 2ft off the ground.
7. Do your portable stage rentals include setup and teardown? Yes, all of our stage rentals include professional delivery, setup, and teardown, so you don’t have to worry about the logistics.
8. How far in advance should I book entertainment or a stage rental? We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and entertainer. We do however pride ourselves on being able to provide high quality acts for last minute request.
9. What areas do you serve? With our stages we service Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough County. With musicians we can provide acts throughout the country.
10. How much do your services cost? Pricing varies depending on the type of entertainment, stage size, event complexity, and location. Contact us for a customized quote based on your event needs.
11. What is your cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy varies depending on the service booked. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you on rescheduling if needed. Please reach out for specific details.
